Not the best start of the day

It’s not very pleasant to get in the tub, turn on the water, and realise there is not enough hot water for you shower.
Then you have to get out and wait for about an hour for the water to get hot again.
When we buy a house, remind me t have a combination boiler.
Considering that my morning shower is a barometer for my mood, this is not going to be a nice day.
