I wonder who does rugby players’ laundry.

Sometimes it’s difficult for me to figure out: Is it my body or my mind that is tired?

I started my new job on Monday. I am really enjoying it. There’s lots of work to do but it’s a nice change and it gets my mind off the PhD for a few hours. It has been quite tiring though. The PhD work increased a lot so my days have been quite hectic: going to the gym for 1/2 hour in the morning (I won’t give up on that as it keeps my body and my mind sane), running to work on thesis and trying to get everything ready so I can have a quick meal and then running to my afternoon job. I get home and I can hardly move. It has been good though. I prefer to be too busy then having nothing to do and, the way things are, my day is quite varied The Thesis is looking like a very frustrating never ending job and the work in the afternoon keeps my mind off it and it pays the bills.

So now I am just relaxing for half an hour while Russ goes for a bike ride with his friend Johnno. I am too tired to go and I also have too much to do. After this I’ll continue working on the thesis for the rest of the weekend. Weekends don’t really feel like weekends  but that is something all PhD students (and other people as well) know

So this is the reason why I haven’t been posting if anyone is wondering.

Russ also added the twitter application that you can see on the right column. I can update it through my phone so there are more chances of finding out what I’m doing through there

Just a quick update.Been very busy with several things and today I start a new job

It is only temporary and part-time (I work afternoons) so I can continue working on my PhD in the mornings. And it’s even on the next building to mine. Ideal, really! But less time to post .

I haven’t had any time to post here. However it seems like Russ has too much time on his hands   and he started posting again (after a year!). So I’ll just transfer you to him.
