Our local shop
Enough is enough!
Besides being expensive, we weren’t happy to see that they have two strategically placed cameras: One right above the cash machine with direct view over your PIN number and other above the chip and pin reader again with a view over your PIN.
We also weren’t impressed with the fact that they never give you a receipt unless you ask for one. We only noticed this when on our way home we realised that we paid way too much for what we bought which could only mean that the special price item was not really special price. And what a difference it made!
Today we when back there to buy some biscuits and Russ realised that they are ALL out of date! Some of them 8 months out of date! And when we bought some lemons they charged the wrong price again!
We had enough! We are not going back there and Russ is sitting next to me writing a letter of complaint to the franchise.
Thanks for letting us know…won’t go there again! x
I’ve written down their address, and I’m writing the letter now. I’d be more understanding if it was just a matter of bad service, but this is sly and underhanded. It’s the little old lady that uses the store and gets ripped off.
Also if it was just one time, it could be excused, but this has happened several times now. Consumers need to stand up for themselves!!
And in a good old English way, he complains by writing a letter, which is the highest stage of an English person’s state of outrage!

Quando comecei a ler no mail o que me ocorreu foi que podiam inclinar-se todos para cima do TPA de modo a que não vos visse a marcar o códiog, mas qusndo acabei de ler… vai lá vai! Eu não voltava também.
